At Brownfield Design & Development Ltd., our strength lies in the people who lead us. Our board is composed of industry veterans and entrepreneurial minds who share a deep-rooted friendship, a common educational journey, and a unified mission.

All founding members are proud graduates of Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology (RUET). What began as a bond among batchmates has evolved into a company built on shared values: trust, precision, responsibility, and a relentless commitment to delivering excellence.

Engr. Md. Shazib Hasan – Managing Director

A seasoned project manager and organizational strategist, Engr. Shajib Hassan leads Brownfield with discipline and foresight. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a graduate of RUET, with extensive experience managing large-scale engineering and infrastructure projects across Bangladesh. As Managing Director, he plays a critical role in shaping the company’s vision, overseeing operational governance, and ensuring long-term sustainability.

Engr. Md. Abraham Linkon – Chairman

Founder of the Brownfield Group and the driving force behind its expansion into real estate, Engr. Md. Abraham Linkon is a dynamic leader with a passion for entrepreneurship. A RUET graduate and PMP-certified project leader, he has diversified business interests in construction, manufacturing, and technology. His vision, strategic thinking, and people-first leadership style have brought the team together and set the tone for Brownfield’s culture of trust, growth, and on-time delivery.

Engr. Md. Zahid Hossain – Director

With a strong professional background working with multinational companies and large infrastructure firms, Engr. Zahid Hossain brings deep operational experience and a solution-focused mindset to Brownfield. A fellow RUET alumnus, he is known for his dedication, hands-on leadership, and ability to manage complex site operations with efficiency and accountability.

Engr. Md. Al Mamun – Director

Engr. Al Mamun has played key roles in executing some of Bangladesh’s most ambitious infrastructure projects. With a career rooted in large-scale civil construction, he brings invaluable knowledge in construction planning, resource management, and execution strategy. A proud RUET graduate, he ensures that Brownfield’s projects are grounded in real-world engineering and built for long-term durability.

Md. Sujal Ahmed Talukder – Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

A visionary leader with a unique global perspective, Md. Sujal Ahmed Talukder is a former master mariner who has sailed across continents. He is also an ex-cadet and an active member of the Cadet College Club Ltd., known for his organizational skills and clear communication with stakeholders. As CEO, he ensures that Brownfield upholds transparency, stakeholder engagement, and responsible development practices. His leadership bridges technical expertise with ethical growth.

Architect Mir Ashiqur Rahman – Principal, Architecture & Design

An innovative and sustainability-driven designer, Architect Mir Ashiqur Rahman leads the creative direction of Brownfield’s real estate portfolio. Known for his human-centered design approach, he blends aesthetics with functionality and environmental responsibility. His architectural vision ensures that every Brownfield development is not just structurally sound, but also inspiring, comfortable, and future-ready.
